At the end of the sampling line, the turntable allows defined storage of samples. Jars can be classified automatically: daily classification, production type, product origin, etc.
Once loaded by its operator, this automatic sample changer prepares, adds additive to and empties a pot selected by an external command (OPC server, supervisory PLC, other type of command).
The pots can be stored directly in the slots or by the robot, making it impossible to position them incorrectly during loading.
After a sample has been taken, the transport jars are closed. Various operations are carried out to transfer the samples tens or hundreds of metres away.
On receipt, it is possible to integrate online analyses, so as to provide real-time information to a supervisor who can influence production.
