For more than 35 years, FORRATECHNIC has been designing and manufacturing mobile or fixed sampling stations for truck sampling (tipper or tanker) and Big-Bag sampling. Core sampling is carried out using a sampling tube.
Using camera vision, the operator positions himself and selects the picking point to be reached. A mobile crane structure moves over the tankers or tippers. Picking coordinates are selected by registering crosshairs on the control touchscreen.
Core samples are then taken from the full height of the lorries. The final sample is stored in a jar and the surplus is returned to the strain.
A probe adapted to the nature and particle size of the product penetrates the centre of the container. It closes and captures a sample of the height of the Big-Bag.
